Hold your next event, meeting or party at All Saints!
We hire out our Church and Church House buildings for regular bookings and one-off events. If you are planning a meeting, birthday party, concert or anything else, please get in touch.
What can we offer?
- A central location, with good access to local public transport links
- Event space for up to 350 people in Church, with flexible seating arrangements and AV facilities (including screens, projectors, microphones and sound desk, subject to an additional charge)
- Event space for up to 100 people in Church House
- Bright and airy welcome area with views towards Ilkley Riverside Park
- Modern and professional kitchen facilities
- Accessible WC facilities and step-free access
- Free wi-fi throughout the building
- Free parking for event organisers to help with setting up and clearing away
How much does it cost?
- Church hire is £270 for 4 hours, after which it is £50 an hour
- Church House hire is £30 an hour
- Kitchen hire is £10 an hour
These rates apply to 31 December 2026.
Redevelopment of Church House
We are very excited that our redeveloped Church House is now available for hire!
It's a beautiful, modern space with 'plug in and play' AV facilities, direct access to the kitchen, flexible seating and table arrangements, and easy step-free access. Perfect for birthday parties, family events, group meetings!
